Four of the accused, who have been detained and lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad, purchased the Cocaine for Rs.2,800/- per gram through their nation persons from Goa state and delivered the same for Rs.5000/- to 6000/- to needy and innocent persons in Hyderabad to gain easy profit, authorities said.

2) Obiora Chukwuemeka Peter S/o. Obiora , age. 23 years, Occ. Cloths Business R/o. Mapusa, Goa State, N/o.Achala, Awka North, Anambra State, Nigeria Country
3) Ezeh Christian Chuku @ David S/o Ezah Paul Chuku, aged 35 yrs, Occ: African food sales R/o Sainikpuri , Hyderabad N/o Enugu State, Nigeria.
4) Uzor Promise Chukuwudi S/o Late Uzoowuru, aged 32 yrs, Occ: Cloths Business, R/o H.No.8-1-402/A/13/22/1/A, Mini Gulshan Colony, 7 Toombs, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, N/o Imo State, Eastern Nigeria Country.
According to the statement released by the police on Monday, September 12:
"Their illegal and highly dangerous activities of peddling of Narcotic Drug i.e Cocaine among the innocent people of Hyderabad City have been endangering the lives of youth and innocent people, causing irreparable damage to the body parts including central Nervous System, there by crippling the mental and physical health of the people who are addicted to drugs, there by adversely affecting the public order and public health at large and leaving large sections of people under the grip of shock and fear. To control the activities of drug offenders in Hyderabad City, to promoting safety and security in the City, a special drive is continuing to control activities of criminals who are indulging in unlawful acts such as supply of Narcotic Drug. Invoked the provisions under the Telangana Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-Leggers, Dacoits, Drug-Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land-Grabbers Act 1986 against the following (04) Drug offenders who are citizen of Nigeria, in order to maintain Public Order and to infuse a sense of Safety and Security in the minds of law abiding citizens."
